Rastriya Swatantra Party Convention Continues Second Day with Closed Session

Chitwan. The second day of the historic first national convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) underway in Bharatpur, Chitwan, is currently holding its closed-door session programs. The convention, which began on Sunday, will continue until the 9th. The closed-door session, to be conducted by the party's general secretary, has a schedule to discuss and pass various important reports and begin the election process. After breakfast at 7 AM, the party president will commence the second session at 8:30 AM. Immediately following that, from 8:30 AM to 8:50 AM, Ramakant Rimal from the Disciplinary Commission will present a report, followed by discussion. A schedule has been set for Treasurer Lima Adhikari to present the financial report from 9 AM to 9:30 AM. After the discussion on the financial report, there will be a half-hour tea break. After the tea break, from 10 AM, party General Secretary Kabindra Burlaoti will present the organizational report. There will be approximately 45 minutes of discussion on this report. Immediately after, from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM, under the leadership of the party's joint general secretary, there is a schedule to discuss and pass the party's 'constitution'. After the constitution is passed, the party president will present the political report at 11:45 AM. After an hour of discussion, the RSP plans to pass this political report today itself. Immediately after the political report is passed, an interim management committee will be announced at 12:45 PM. At the same time, the party president will hand over all responsibilities from the organizing committee to the Election Commission. Lunchtime has been allocated from 1 PM to 2:30 PM. After lunch, the Election Commission will publish information and a schedule regarding the election process. Subsequent programs will proceed continuously according to the notice published by the commission, as mentioned in the schedule.
