Gagan Thapa Congratulates Rastriya Swatantra Party on First General Convention

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress President Gagan Thapa has extended best wishes to the Rastriya Swatantra Party on the occasion of its first general convention. 

He wrote on social media – 'In a short period since its establishment, the Rastriya Swatantra Party has strongly established itself in national politics with significant public support. Your journey from organization building to elections under your leadership is commendable.'

Thapa further said – 'This general convention is a historic opportunity for the RSP to build a more mature, responsible, and visionary perspective in terms of ideology, organization, and policy. I expect this general convention to provide momentum and energy to make the party ideologically clear, accountable, and more responsible by embracing democratic values and practices and protecting the civil rights guaranteed by the constitution.'
