Civil Servant Hospital Seeks Executive Director

Kathmandu. Applications have been invited for the appointment of the Executive Director of the Civil Servant Hospital.

The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Affairs and General Administration on Friday issued a notice seeking an Executive Director.

This post is being filled in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Servant Hospital Development Committee (Formation) Order, 2064 and Regulations, 2077. Eligible candidates must apply at the Ministry's Employee Welfare Branch within office hours within 15 days from the date of first publication of the notice.

To apply for this post, candidates must have obtained a postgraduate degree in Medicine or Hospital Management from a recognized university.

Additionally, a minimum of fifteen years of work experience in a gazetted second class or equivalent position in the same field will be required. Applicants must submit copies of educational qualifications, citizenship, work experience documents, and a sealed business plan of up to five thousand words related to hospital development along with the application.

Permanent employees working in government or public institutions will require a departmental approval letter. An application fee of five thousand has been set. According to the ministry, a shortlist of candidates will be published first among the received applications.

Subsequently, the recommendation committee will make the final selection based on the candidates' educational qualifications, experience, training, published research articles, evaluation of the business plan, presentation, and interview. Dr. Ravi Prakash Sharma is the acting Executive Director of the hospital.
