Madhesh Province Government Prioritizes Production, Employment, and Social Justice in Upcoming Budget

Janakpurdham. The Madhesh Province government has prioritized increasing production and employment, human development, and social justice in its budget for the upcoming fiscal year (2083/084).

This was announced by the province's Finance Minister Yuvraj Bhattarai in a budget statement presented at the Provincial Assembly meeting on Monday.

He stated that sustainable infrastructure and environmental balance, as well as good governance and transparent services, have been put forward as additional objectives of the budget.

Province Finance Minister Bhattarai also clarified that the budget priorities include transformation of the agricultural sector, innovation and entrepreneurship, quality education and technical skills, accessible and specialized health services, and strategic and incomplete projects.
