Guthi Sansthan Issues Notice to Remove Encroachments on Royal Trust Land in Dhanusha

Dhanusha  . Guthi Sansthan has issued an urgent public notice to immediately remove encroachments on the premises of royal trust monasteries-temples, pond banks, and trust-occupied land within Dhanusha district.

According to the notice issued by the Sansthan today, some individuals and organizations have been found to be illegally encroaching upon and occupying the premises of royal trust monasteries-temples, pond banks, and trust-occupied land located in various places in Dhanusha district, even constructing structures.

Stating that such actions create challenges in the protection of public and religiously significant properties, Guthi Sansthan has urged all concerned to immediately remove the encroachments. The Sansthan has clarified that if the unauthorized structures or occupation are not removed in defiance of the notice, necessary action will be taken according to prevailing laws.

Guthi Sansthan has mentioned that the protection and management of monasteries-temples, ponds, and trust land under royal trust is the shared responsibility of all stakeholders, and has called upon local residents, concerned bodies, and encroachers to cooperate in the protection of public property.
