Nepali Congress Forms Five Subcommittees to Strengthen Policy

Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress Central Policy, Research and Training Institute has formed 5 subcommittees to strengthen the party's policy aspects and discuss contemporary issues. The meeting held on Jestha 27 and 28 at BP Smriti Bhawan Lalitpur decided to form 5 subcommittees.

The meeting, held in the presence of party president Gagan Thapa and chaired by Vice-president and Institute Chief Bishwa Prakash Sharma, decided to form subcommittees related to Diaspora, Health, Violence Awareness, Road Safety, and Sports. 

The meeting appointed Dr. Yadav Pandit to the Diaspora Dialogue Subcommittee, Dr. Anjanikumar Jha to the Health Insurance and Access to Service Policy Dialogue Subcommittee, and Swikriti Poudel as the coordinator of the Domestic and Digital Violence Awareness Subcommittee. 

Similarly, Shriprasad Bhalami has been appointed as the coordinator for Public Transport and Road Safety Awareness, and Binod Das as the coordinator for Sports Policy Dialogue Subcommittee.
