Kia Launches All-New K3 Seltos in Nepali Market

Kathmandu. Kia's sole official distributor for Nepal, Continental Trading Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., has launched the much-anticipated 'All New Kia K3 Seltos' in the Nepali market. The company launched the modern SUV at a special ceremony held at Silver Oak in Gaushala, Kathmandu. This new Seltos, which comes as the third generation, includes extensive upgrades in terms of design, safety, technology, comfort, and functionality, the company stated. Built on Kia's new K3 platform, this SUV is available with a larger and stronger body structure than before. The company claims this provides a more spacious cabin, a higher level of comfort, and a refined driving experience. Manufactured at Kia's state-of-the-art production plant in India, this model is exported to more than 90 countries worldwide and has established a good identity in the international market. Special priority has been given to safety and technology in the new Kia K3 Seltos. It includes modern features such as 'Level 2 ADAS', 21 standard safety features, 6 airbags, a panoramic display, and a panoramic sunroof. These features make this car one of the most feature-rich SUVs in its segment. In terms of safety, it has achieved a 'Five-Star BNCAP' safety rating by scoring 76.7 out of 81, which is the best safety score in its segment. During the car launch, Kia Nepal's Executive Vice President, Rekha Ghimire, expressed enthusiasm for the new SUV. According to the company, this new All New Kia K3 Seltos will be sold alongside the previous generation Seltos in the market. This will provide customers with a wide range of options to choose a car according to their budget and preferences based on various prices and features. The starting price for this car in the Nepali market has been set at Rs 6.89 million, while the top variant is priced up to Rs 9.59 million.
