NRNA Europe Regional Meeting Reviews Preparations for 17th Regional Conference

Kathmandu. A virtual meeting of the Europe region has been completed focusing on the preparations for the upcoming 115th meeting of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) International Coordination Council (ICC) and the Europe Regional Conference.

The main priority in the meeting was the success of the upcoming 17th NRNA Europe Regional Conference 2026. The meeting organized by the Europe Regional Committee was attended by ICC officials and presidents and general secretaries of various National Coordination Councils (NCCs).

Participants stated that the meeting sent a positive message regarding institutional unity, coordination, and the formation of a common stance within the Europe region.

A detailed review was conducted in the meeting regarding the preparations for the 17th Europe Regional Conference to be held on August 10-11, 2026, at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Dublin, Ireland, with the main slogan "Citizenship, Investment & Prosperity".

The organizing side informed that preparations are being rapidly advanced to make the conference historic, organized, and result-oriented. It has been stated that the conference aims to further strengthen non-resident Nepalis' citizenship, investment promotion, economic prosperity, and emotional connection with Nepal.

Participants in the meeting expressed their commitment to actively cooperate from their respective countries to make the conference a common celebration for all Europeans Nepalis. Similarly, the proposed agenda for the 115th ICC meeting to be held on June 13 and 14 was also discussed in the meeting.

It has been agreed to prepare a common regional stance to be presented at the ICC meeting by collecting suggestions, opinions, and queries from various NCCs. Information was also exchanged regarding the latest status of NCC unity, and participants emphasized the need to make the organization more effective, inclusive, and integrated.

At the end of the meeting, the organizing committee expressed its commitment to make the promotion, participation expansion, and coordination of the Europe Regional Conference more effective and called on everyone to move forward united to make the conference successful.
