Kathmandu. Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal has informed the House of Representatives meeting about his India visit. On Wednesday, as the Foreign Minister was addressing the House of Representatives meeting, MPs including Labour Culture Party Chairman Hark Sampang protested by standing up from their seats. During that time, Sampang and other MPs said that they would not accept the Foreign Minister's address.
