Rukmangata Bhandari Elected President of Rastriya Swatantra Party Syangja

Pokhara. Rukmangata Bhandari (Bishwas) has been elected as the president of the Rastriya Swatantra Party Syangja. In the voting held on Saturday, Bhandari defeated his closest competitor Upendra Aryal by a large margin of votes. Bhandari received 284 votes while Aryal got only 24 votes.

Uma Fuyal has been elected as the vice-president. She won by getting 145 votes while closest competitor Shriram Ghimire got 100 votes. Shanta Aryal got 33 and Ramprasad Bhusal got 26 votes. 4 people were in competition for the vice-president.

The remaining positions were selected unanimously. Prasanna Poudel was selected as secretary, Tukkaraj Aryal as joint secretary. Similarly, central department member Bodhraj Regmi informed that Pitakumari Khanal, Tankaprasad Neupane, Deviprasad Regmi, Dolraj Lamsal and Chandika Sapkota were selected as members.
