Foreign Minister Khanal Meets BJP Leader Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale in New Delhi

Kathmandu. Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal, who is on an official visit to India, held a meeting with the head of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale, in New Delhi today.

During the meeting, discussions were held on further strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, the Nepali Embassy in India informed.

In addition, it was stated that both leaders discussed deepening the relationship and interaction at the political party level, and further strengthening the people-to-people relations between the citizens of Nepal and India.

Foreign Minister Khanal, who is on a visit to India at the invitation of Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar, held a bilateral meeting with Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval yesterday and also participated in a program organized by the India Foundation.
