Police Arrest 35 Individuals with Drugs Across Various Locations

Kathmandu. Police have arrested 35 people with drugs from various places in the country. Police have arrested 35 people with illegal drugs from Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Jhapa, Bardiya, Sunsari, Kanchanpur, Nuwakot, and Siraha.

Two people were arrested from Tokha Municipality-9 Gongabu in Kathmandu with a substance resembling brown sugar, two from Gauriganj Rural Municipality-2 in Jhapa, one from Mechinagar Municipality-6 Purano Mechipul, and two from Birtamod Municipality-4 Kanchanjangha Tole, according to the Central News Room of Nepal Police.

One person was arrested from Suryabinayak Municipality-5 Katunje Chowk in Bhaktapur, one from Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-9 Bode, and one person from Madhyapur Thimi-5 Radheradhe, who was residing there and is from Jumla.

Similarly, one person was arrested from Rajapur Municipality-10 Kothiyaghat Bridge in Bardiya, six from Barahkshetra Municipality-6 Thakurabari in Sunsari, three from Inaruwa Municipality-4 Bus Chowk, two from Barahkshetra Municipality-7 Somabare, one from Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City-13 Adarsha Nagar, five from Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City-17 Pakali, and one from Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City-17, according to the Area Police Office.

Three people were arrested from Punarwas Municipality-11 Amar Basti Masanghat in Kanchanpur, two from Bidur Municipality-9 Baghatar in Nuwakot, and one from Golbazar Municipality-6 Gumbatole in Siraha, according to the Area Police Office.
