Film 'Hali' to be released on July 7

Kathmandu. Om Pratik directed film 'Hali' will be screened across the country from July 7. The production team announced the release date by releasing two posters of the film simultaneously on Friday.

The posters feature the film's main actors Ompratik, Saroj Khanal, Pramod Deep, and Sujata Thapa in angry looks. Behind them, two women are seen sitting with plates at a doorway of a house, inside and outside. This conveys the story of women's suffering.

The film, produced in collaboration with Japura Films Production and Shuva Chirayu Films, is said to be inspired by real-life events. The film conveys a strong message that one farmer is enough to bring about change in society and the country.

The film, produced by Pooja Gurung and Jasmine Shrestha, features main performances by Pramod Deep, Sujata Thapa, Saroj Khanal, Aruna Karki, Arjun Gurung, Vidya Karki, Naveen Shrestha, Kanchan Dulal, Kamal Gaunle, Vishal Pahadi, as well as director Pratik. Deepashree Niraula, Kiran KC, Dilip Rayamajhi, Priyanka Karki, and Pooja Sharma have special dance performances in the film.

The film, with Executive Producer Arjun Bhusal and Co-Producer Namrata Bhandari, features music by Shambhujeet Baskota, Babul Giri, and Krishna Bhardwaj. The film is distributed by National Cine Group Pvt. Ltd.
