Karnali Chief Minister Emphasizes Realizing Republic's Value Through Governance Changes

‎Surkhet. Karnali Chief Minister Yamlal Kandel has stated that the republic's value will be established only if the changes in the state mechanism in accordance with the constitution are implemented in a way that all citizens can feel.

‎‎Issuing a message of best wishes on the occasion of Republic Day on Friday, Kandel said that the republic cannot achieve a meaningful form until citizens can exercise the rights mentioned in the constitution and laws.

‎‎'The practice of keeping citizens at the center and operating in accordance with their wishes and for their benefit will further strengthen and mature the republic,' he said, 'The republic is a more advanced and refined system than any previous system, not only in terms of governance but also in conduct and behavior.'

‎Therefore, he stated that our conduct and behavior in the republican system should be advanced and cultured.

‎‎Kandel has said that embracing the spirit of consensus, cooperation, and unity seen among parties in the past in changing the political system, there is now no alternative to common consensus among parties for the country's development and prosperity.

‎‎'It is the need of the hour for the federal government, formed on the foundation of federal democratic republic and the current constitution, to increase meaningful dialogue and cooperation among parties for further strengthening the republic,' he said, 'I especially urge attention towards this.'
