Karnali Province Cabinet Approves 6 Decisions, Including Disaster Management Regulations

Kathmandu. The Council of Ministers of the Karnali Province government has made various 6 decisions. The meeting held this morning decided to approve the Karnali Province Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (Fourth Amendment) Regulations-2083.

Likewise, the meeting also decided to assign Province Secretary Laxmikumar BK to the post of Executive Director of the Karnali Province Training Academy and to provide theoretical approval for the concept paper for the formulation of the Contribution-based Pension Fund Establishment and Operation Act.

The meeting decided to provide theoretical approval for the concept paper for the formulation of the Karnali Province Timely Revenue Collection Act, to issue an order to remove obstacles seen in the implementation of the Karnali Province Appropriation Act, 2082, and to approve the Karnali Province Biocidal Pesticide Management Regulations, 2083, informed Province Government Spokesperson Vinodkumar Shah.
