Labor Culture Party Mandates President Hark Sampang's Photo on All Materials

Kathmandu. The Labor Culture Party has directed that the photograph of party president Hark Sampang must be compulsorily used on all levels of programs and publicity materials.

A circular issued by the party's Koshi Province (Province No. 1) committee on Jestha 11 states that the photograph of president Hark Sampang must be compulsorily placed on banners and publicity materials for programs to be conducted at district, metropolitan city, sub-metropolitan city, municipality, ward, and local levels.

The circular, signed by Province Committee President Pratap Rai and Secretary Deepak Timilsina, states, 'The photograph of the respected Labor Father President Hark Sampangjyu must be compulsorily used.'
