Narges Mohammadi Returns Home After Hospital Stay for Treatment

Kathmandu. Iran's Nobel Peace Prize laureate Narges Mohammadi returned home on Monday after a long stay in the hospital for treatment.

Mohammadi, who has been struggling for the rights of Iranian women for a long time, was released on bail due to health reasons while she was in the hospital.

She was immediately admitted to the hospital for treatment after her release.

Her family and well-wishers informed on Monday that Mohammadi has returned to her home in Tehran after being 'discharged'.

Mohammadi, a winner of the 2023 prize, is suffering from heart-related ailments and doctors have advised her to rest at home. It is reported that her health has deteriorated significantly since her arrest in December.
