Gold Price Decreases, Silver Price Increases in Nepali Market

Kathmandu. The price of gold has seen a slight decrease in the Nepali market. Similarly, the price of silver has increased. 

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of hallmark gold has decreased by one thousand rupees per tola compared to the previous trading day. The federation has set the price of hallmark gold at two hundred ninety-eight thousand nine hundred rupees per tola for today. Previously, on Baisakh 25, gold was traded at two hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred rupees per tola. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has been fixed at two hundred fifty-six thousand two hundred sixty rupees today.

While the price of gold has decreased, the price of silver has seen a slight increase. Silver, which was traded at five thousand two hundred seventy-five rupees per tola on Baisakh 25, has reached five thousand three hundred rupees per tola today. The price of 10 grams of silver is four thousand five hundred forty-four rupees today.

The federation determines the daily price in the Nepali market based on fluctuations in the international market.
