Prakash Jwala Appointed Spokesperson for Nepal Communist Party

Kathmandu. Prakash Jwala has been given the responsibility of spokesperson for the Nepal Communist Party (NCP). A leader informed that the central coordination committee meeting held at the central office Parisdanda on Monday gave Jwala the responsibility of spokesperson.

Before the party unification, he was the head of the publicity department of the former CPN (Unified Socialist). Similarly, the meeting has given the responsibility of Policy and Establishment Chief to former Prime Minister and senior leader Jhalanath Khanal, and the responsibility of Production Department Chief to another senior leader Bamdev Gautam. 

Leader Dr. Beduram Bhusal has been given the responsibility of School Department Chief and Ramesh Hamal has been given the responsibility of Foreign Department Chief. However, according to another leader, there has been a disagreement regarding responsibilities other than the seven provinces of geography.

“The responsibility of the seven provinces is the same. There has been no agreement on the responsibilities of departments and others. The convenor and co-convenor have said that they will present it in tomorrow's meeting after further discussion,” said the leader.
