Nepal Police Club Secures Victory Over Sudurpashchim Province in PM NVA National Volleyball League

Dhangadhi. In the ongoing 10th Prime Minister PM NVA National Volleyball League held at the covered hall of Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal Police Club defeated Sudurpashchim Province in today's women's match.

Playing their second match of the tournament, Sudurpashchim suffered a 3-0 straight-set defeat against the departmental team, Police. Nepal Police Club dominated Sudurpashchim with wide margins of 25-12 in the first set and 25-5 in the second set.

However, in the third set, Sudurpashchim attempted a strong comeback, making the game somewhat competitive. Although Sudurpashchim scored 18 points in the third set, Police ultimately secured the set 25-18 to win the match.

Having performed poorly against New Diamond Youth Sports Club in their first match, Sudurpashchim showed a slightly improved performance in today's game. Compared to yesterday, the Sudurpashchim players displayed better coordination on the court, with their performance in the third set being particularly notable.

Organized by the Nepal Volleyball Association, the tournament features the country's top teams. Coach Lal Bahadur Batala stated that there is an expectation for Sudurpashchim to maintain this improved performance in their upcoming matches.
