CDSC CEO Prawin Pandak Recalled by Nepal Stock Exchange

Kathmandu. CDSC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Prawin Pandak has been recalled.

Pandak, who became the CEO of CDSC while serving as an employee of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), was recalled following a decision made by the board of directors on Friday morning. CDSC is a subsidiary of NEPSE.

Pandak had maintained a firm stance on the policy of issuing separate ISINs for promoter and ordinary shares of listed companies.

Although the decision to recall her has been made, a NEPSE board member stated that no decision has been reached yet regarding who will replace her.
