Former King Gyanendra Shah arrives in Pokhara

Pokhara. Former King Gyanendra Shah has arrived in Pokhara. He landed at the international airport via a Buddha Air flight. Shah is scheduled to stay at the Hotel Soaltee in Lakeside.

Gyanendra is accompanied by his wife, Komal Shah. It is reported that they have come to Pokhara for a retreat. 

So far, Shah's itinerary has not been made public. According to sources close to him, there is a program to visit the Gorakhnath Temple. Other programs will be decided later.

 However, it is stated that there will be no political meetings this time. He had also visited Pokhara some time ago and stayed for a long period.

Supporters welcomed him at the airport with traditional music and festivities.
