Driver injured in jeep accident near Nepal-China Korala border

Mustang. A 'Toyota Hiace jeep' with registration number Ga 1 Cha 2255, traveling from Kathmandu via Pokhara towards the Nepal-China northern Korala border, met with an accident, leaving the driver, 31-year-old Nagmin Subba, a resident of Tokha, Tarakeshwar Municipality-5, Kathmandu, injured. It is reported that there were five passengers on board, including the driver.

Armed Police Force Nepal 33 Company Commander, Deputy Superintendent of Police Bheshraj Giri, stated that the jeep lost control and crashed near the Korala border this morning. According to him, the accident occurred on a steep road one kilometer south of the Korala border.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Giri informed that the injured driver, Subba, is being rescued by the Armed Police Force from the Korala border and is being transported to Jomsom Hospital.
