Five arrested across Nepal for drug possession

Kathmandu. A police team on regular patrol has arrested five individuals from different parts of the country for possession of illegal drugs.

According to the Central Police Newsroom, two people were arrested on Friday from Kamalamai Municipality-9, Bhiman, Sindhuli, with illegal brown heroin, as well as Tramadol and Spaspen tablets, which are only available with a doctor's prescription.

Similarly, three individuals were arrested from Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-10, Ghuiyaghat, Kailali, with brown sugar. All five suspects have been taken into custody and legal action has been initiated.
