House of Representatives Nominates Members to Parliamentary Committees

Kathmandu. The House of Representatives has nominated members to the joint and individual committees of the Federal Parliament. 

Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal read out the names of the members during Friday's session, which were subsequently approved by the House. 

Speaker Aryal announced the names of the members representing the House of Representatives for the Parliamentary Hearing Committee (Joint) and the Committee on Monitoring and Evaluation of the Implementation of Guiding Principles, Policies, and Obligations of the State (Joint). These names were approved by the House. 

Similarly, members were nominated to the Finance Committee, International Relations and Tourism Committee, Industry and Commerce and Labor and Consumer Welfare Committee, Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee, Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee, Women and Social Affairs Committee, State Affairs and Good Governance Committee, Education, Health and Information Technology Committee, and the Public Accounts Committee under the House of Representatives. 

There are 10 individual and 2 joint committees in the House of Representatives.
