NCP to support Shram Sanskriti Party candidate for Deputy Speaker

Kathmandu. The Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has decided to support the Shram Sanskriti Party candidate in the election for Deputy Speaker. 

Lawmaker Ramesh Malla announced that the party has decided to support Ruby Kumari Thakur, the candidate from Shram Sanskriti, in the Deputy Speaker election taking place in the House of Representatives on Friday. 

‘It would have been much better if the Deputy Speaker could have been elected unanimously, just like the Speaker. But it was not possible’, said NCP lawmaker Malla, ‘Our party will support Ruby Kumari Thakur. Surely, values and integrity hold great importance in politics.’
