Popular Singer Bala Dura Releases New Folk Song 'Lamjunge Swaltini'

Tokyo. Popular singer Bala Dura, who has made Japan her workplace, has released the music video for her folk-based duet song 'Lamjunge Swaltini'. Singer Dura is accompanied by Mausam Gurung in vocals, while the music video features performances by Ganeshman Ghale, Rajani Gurung, Manoj Gurung, and Sinjo Dura.   

Composed by senior creator Shiva Hamal and set to music by Mausam Gurung, 'Lamjunge Swaltini' beautifully captures the deep love and affection between a young couple in a traditional folk style. The music video was recently released through her own YouTube channel, Bala Dura.

Dura, who is also the spokesperson for the Japan branch of the National Folk and Duet Song Academy and known for her sweet voice, is also considered highly skilled in live duet performances. Born in the fertile land of music and song, Lamjung, singer Dura has appealed to her audience to listen to, watch, and subscribe to 'Lamjunge Swaltini', which she produced with her own investment, and to provide their support, encouragement, and feedback.    

Singer Dura stated that she finds satisfaction in practicing and promoting Nepali music, art, culture, and Nepali identity during her spare time while living abroad, far across the seven seas from her homeland.    

Singer Dura made her debut in her musical journey with 'Sundarbazar Satrasaya Phant', and since then, she has lent her voice to about a dozen albums, including Teej songs, Salaijo, and various original solo and duet tracks.
