Federal Parliament to convene today with key legislative agenda

Kathmandu. Meetings of both houses of the Federal Parliament are scheduled for today. According to the set schedule, the House of Representatives meeting will be held at 1:00 PM at Singha Durbar.

The potential agenda for today's meeting includes Prime Minister Balendra Shah presenting the 'Seventh Annual Report of the National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission, 2082'.

Similarly, Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle will propose the 'Alternative Development Finance Mobilization Bill, 2082'. Prior to that, there is a potential agenda to move a motion seeking permission to present the said bill.

The Speaker is scheduled to read out a letter received from the Office of the President regarding the reshuffling of the Council of Ministers' order of precedence.

Likewise, the National Assembly meeting is scheduled for 1:15 PM. In the National Assembly meeting, Prime Minister Balendra Shah is scheduled to present the 'Annual Report of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority for the Fiscal Year 2081-82' before the assembly.
