CPN-UML MP Ain Mahar Challenges Prime Minister to Implement Sudurpashchim Development Promises

Kathmandu. CPN-UML MP Ain Mahar has urged Prime Minister Balendra Shah to translate his social media statement, where he claimed that Sudurpashchim is not far, into practical action.

Speaking during the zero hour of Tuesday's House of Representatives meeting, Mahar questioned the Prime Minister, asking, 'Did you write that status just for publicity, or for implementation? If it was for implementation, the time has come to act. Show us the results.'

He further urged the Prime Minister to complete the construction of roads in the region. He also highlighted that despite the construction of an airport in Bajhang, flights remain non-operational, and demanded that the government create the necessary environment for air services to resume.
