Ministry of Federal Affairs Directs Provinces to Submit Approved Staffing Details

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration has directed the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers (in all seven provinces) to provide details of approved staffing positions.

A notice was issued on Friday requesting that a consolidated report of approved positions for all provincial bodies be submitted to the ministry's email address within three days, aiming to enhance service delivery and prepare an integrated human resource projection.

Ministry Section Officer Suresh Khanal stated, 'Following a secretary-level decision, we have instructed all seven provinces to provide the approved staffing details to improve service delivery and facilitate integrated human resource planning.'
