Actress Laxmi Bardewa speaks out against misconduct in the entertainment industry

Kathmandu. Popular actress Laxmi Bardewa has expressed that one should not remain silent against misconduct within the artistic sector. She shared this reaction in a social media post regarding the serious rape allegations leveled against actor Sagar Lamsal 'Bale'.

Laxmi writes, 'Crime has no profession or sector. Only when we rise above the situation of pretending not to see or hear will the day come when I can be happy to call this my profession. The victim must be protected and the perpetrator must be brought to justice. I am confident that an investigation will be conducted as soon as possible.'
