Labor Minister Inspects Foreign Employment Training Center, Directs Reforms

Kathmandu. Minister for Labor, Employment and Social Security, Deepak Kumar Sah, inspected the National Professional Training Institute (EPAL) located in Bhaisepati today.

During the inspection, he directed the staff to implement a token system to eliminate the need for workers to stand in unnecessary queues, improve security management, and organize pathways, among other necessary improvements. "Attention must be paid to how to provide services to service recipients easily and quickly," he said. "I have directed the implementation of a token system to ease the hassle of having to queue immediately."

Minister Sah stated that preparations are underway to work in the interest of the workers, keeping in mind the pre-departure orientation training that workers must undergo before going abroad for employment.
