Former PM KP Sharma Oli to Appear in Court Virtually Due to Health Concerns

Kathmandu. Former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is set to appear in court via virtual means (video conferencing).

Tirtharaj Adhikari, Registrar of the Kathmandu District Court, informed that due to Oli's health condition preventing his physical appearance in court, arrangements are being made for his virtual presence.

Oli, who was arrested early Saturday morning from Gundruk, has been admitted to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. Following health examinations Saturday evening and this morning, doctors advised keeping him in the hospital instead of moving him.
