President Appoints 15-Member Council of Ministers Under PM Shah, Allocates Portfolios

Kathmandu. President Ramchandra Paudel has formed a 15-member Council of Ministers upon the recommendation of Prime Minister Balen Shah, in accordance with Article 76 (9) of the Constitution, and has allocated portfolios.

Accordingly, Swarnim Wagle is ranked highest after the Prime Minister. Following him in seniority is Home Minister Sudhan Gurung.

The lowest seniority position belongs to Minister for Women, Children, and Senior Citizens, Sita Badi.
