Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Congratulates Balen Shah on Assuming Nepali Premiership

Kathmandu. Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has congratulated Balendra (Balen) Shah, who became the Prime Minister of Nepal following the National Independent Party's (RSP) resounding victory. Sharif issued a message through his social media, extending best wishes for a successful tenure to the new Prime Minister Balen.

Writing on social media, Pakistani Prime Minister Sharif discussed the historic and massive victory achieved by the RSP in the election. He extended congratulations on behalf of the Pakistani government and its people to Balen, who assumed leadership of the government after securing a spectacular win in the polls.  

In his message, he clarified that Pakistan places high importance on its long-standing and historic friendly relations with Nepal.  Sharif stated that he is eager to work closely with the new Prime Minister to further strengthen relations between the two countries in the coming days.  

He also expressed commitment to further expanding bilateral cooperation between Nepal and Pakistan and moving forward together in areas of mutual interest.  Furthermore, Sharif mentioned working together with the Nepali government led by Balen to achieve common goals of regional peace, stability, and prosperity.  

He expressed confidence that collaboration with the new leadership would be fruitful in realizing the shared agendas of both countries for maintaining peace and development in the South Asian region.
