People's Socialist Party Chairman Upendra Yadav Discloses Election Expenses Totaling Nearly NPR 1 Million

Kathmandu. People's Socialist Party Nepal (PSPN) Chairman Upendra Yadav has made public his election expenditure. The total election expense he disclosed amounts to nine lakh eighty-nine thousand five hundred two rupees and 37 paisa.

Chairman Yadav, who was defeated in the election from Saptari-3, was defeated by Amarkant Chaudhary of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, securing 15,239 votes. Amarkant Chaudhary secured 32,875 votes.  

PSPN Chairman Yadav spent ten thousand rupees on nomination filing and four lakh thirty-nine thousand six hundred forty rupees and six paisa on publicity and promotion.

Likewise, Chairman Yadav spent 51,844 rupees and 40 paisa for printing the voter list. He spent one lakh fifty-five thousand rupees on vehicle rentals, and sixty thousand rupees for the contact office. 

He spent one lakh fifty thousand seventeen rupees and 97 paisa on fuel, and one lakh twenty-three thousand rupees on cadre training. Subash Kumar Yadav registered the details of his expenditure with the Election Commission.
