Specialist Medical Services Resume at Kalikot District Hospital

Kalikot. Specialist medical services have resumed operation at the District Hospital Kalikot. The specialist medical services previously provided by Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS) at the District Hospital Kalikot have been restarted after a long hiatus.

In the past, KAHS used to provide specialist medical services from the District Hospital Kalikot every first and last Friday of the month.

Katak Mahat, the information officer at the District Hospital Kalikot, stated that with the resumption of specialist medical services from Friday, Chaitra 6, which had been suspended for a long time, local citizens will now receive specialist treatment services within the district.

Information Officer Mahat further informed that with the expansion of services, the compulsion for local residents to travel to other districts will decrease, and quality health services are expected to be readily available.
