Two Fugitives Convicted of Financial and Banking Offenses Arrested in Siraha

Siraha. The Siraha police have arrested two individuals who were absconding after being convicted by the court in cases related to financial transactions and banking offenses. According to the District Police Office, Siraha, 45-year-old Ramjanam Yadav, who was sentenced to two years in prison by the Siraha District Court on Magh 17, 2079, in a transaction dispute case, has been apprehended.

Police Deputy Superintendent Ramesh Bahadur Pal informed that Yadav, a resident of Kalyanpur Municipality-10, Siraha, was arrested on Friday while he was having a snack near the health post in Bishnupur Rural Municipality-1, a neighboring area.

Similarly, a team deployed from the Area Police Office, Dhangadhi, also arrested Pramod Sah, approximately 40 years old, a fugitive defendant in a banking offense case. Police stated that Sah, a resident of Dhangadhimai Municipality-9, Gothchok, who was wanted following the District Court's decision on Poush 29, 2079, was taken into custody while hiding at his own residence.
