38,000 Students to Participate in Secondary Education Examination Across Karnali Province

Karnali. A total of 38,000 students are set to participate in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) starting from Chaitra 19 in Karnali Province.

Khim Prasad Dhakal, Information Officer and Head of the Examination Branch at the Education Development Directorate, Surkhet, informed that a total of 38,379 students will take part in the examination from 161 centers across the 10 districts of Karnali Province, comprising 32,255 regular students and 6,124 grade increment students.

He stated, "Surkhet will have the highest number of participating students with 9,779. Dolpa will have the lowest with 674 students, and it only has four examination centers." Examination Head Dhakal further mentioned that Dailkeha will have 6,253 students, Jajarkot 4,813, Salyan 4,142, Rukum West 3,922, and Kalikot 3,717 students participating in the examination.

According to him, Jumla will have 2,255 students, Mugu 1,524, and Humla 1,300 students taking the exam. The Education Development Directorate, Surkhet, stated that Surkhet has 34 examination centers, Dailkeha has 22, Kalikot has 20, Salyan has 19, Jajarkot and Rukum West have 16 centers each, Jumla has 14, Mugu has nine, Humla has seven, and Dolpa has four examination centers.
