Rastriya Swatantra Party Leads in Proportional Representation Votes Across All Four Parsa Constituencies

Parsa. The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), which won all four direct seats in the House of Representatives election held last Thursday, has emerged as the party securing the leading votes in the proportional representation category across all four constituencies in Parsa.

Chief Election Officer Gayatri Prasad Regmi stated that out of 62,506 votes cast in Parsa Constituency No. 1, RSP received 34,463 votes. The Nepali Congress received 8,267 votes. Similarly, CPN (UML) received 9,231, Rastriya Prajatantra Party received 3,240, Janata Samajbadi Party received 1,099, and the Communist Party of Nepal received 681 votes.

In Parsa Constituency No. 2, out of a total of 67,107 votes cast for proportional representation, RSP received the highest number of votes. According to the Election Officer's office, RSP received 34,918 votes. The Congress party received 10,340, UML received 8,585, Rastriya Prajatantra Party received 3,506, and Janata Samajbadi Party Nepal received 2,450 votes.

Likewise, in Parsa Constituency No. 3, RSP secured 24,158 votes in the proportional representation category. In this constituency, Congress received 8,650, UML received 6,168, and the Communist Party of Nepal received 1,195 votes.

Furthermore, in Parsa Constituency No. 4, RSP obtained 30,389 votes under proportional representation. In this constituency, Congress secured 11,512 votes, and UML received 9,935 votes.
