Youth Express Hope for Stable Government and Jobs as Final Election Results Emerge

Chitwan. As the final results of the House of Representatives Election 2082 are coming in, a new enthusiasm is visible among the younger generation. This general election, following the Gen Z movement, has made the youth confident that it will open the door to a stable government, good governance, and employment in the country. Especially, the youth in Chitwan are viewing the current political change positively and emphasizing that the upcoming government must fulfill public expectations.

Prithvi Dhital of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10 expresses confidence that the current election outcome will address the issues of the younger generation. Stating that employment and good governance are the most important things for the youth, he warned that if the government fails to work on these issues, another revolt could occur. He added that this election following the Gen Z movement must instill trust in the country's citizens and be strict in controlling corruption.

Similarly, Prem Shrestha, who came to Chitwan from Pyuthan for treatment, says that the new government must bring radical changes in the sectors of education, health, and employment. He pointed out that the current need is for leadership capable of fulfilling the expectations of the people.

Prawas Parajuli of Bharatpur-2, Kshetrapur, also holds the view that the direct experience of good governance must now be felt. He suggested to the government to create an environment to bring back youth working in foreign employment and to focus on economic prosperity by operating closed industries and factories.

Rachana Dahal of Bharatpur-14 argued that no one should underestimate the current change. Her demand is that the vote given by the people in favor of change must be respected, and corruption must be ended while improving basic services.

Overall, the youth are hopeful that the upcoming government will move the country forward according to the electoral mandate. Creating an environment for the youth power to study and work within the country, thereby preventing them from migrating abroad, appears to be the main challenge and responsibility of the new government.
