Rastriya Swatantra Party Leads in Proportional Representation Vote Count

Kathmandu. In the ongoing vote count for the Proportional Representation (PR) system under the House of Representatives election, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is leading. As of 10:00 AM today, with 67,788 votes counted, RSP has secured 38,311 votes.

In the PR category, Nepali Congress has received 11,456 votes, CPN (UML) has 6,047 votes, Rastriya Prajatantra Party has 2,818 votes, CPN has 2,424 votes, Shram Sanskriti Party has 1,476 votes, Rastriya Parivartan Party has 871 votes, Nepal Workers' and Peasants' Party has 258 votes, Nepal Janata Sanrakshan Party has 139 votes, and Pragatisheel Loktantrik Party has received 1,236 votes.

The counting of votes for the PR system is ongoing. There is a competition among the parties for 110 seats under the PR system.
