Rastriya Swatantra Party Candidate Defeats Kulman Ghising in Kathmandu Constituency 3

Kathmandu. Kulman Ghising, Chairman of the Ujyalo Nepal Party, has been defeated in Kathmandu Constituency Number 3. According to the final results announced on Thursday, Raju Nath Pandey, the candidate from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), won by defeating Ghising by a significant margin.

According to Election Officer Chamila Bhattarai, the victorious Pandey secured 18,757 votes, while his closest rival Ghising managed only 11,171 votes. Raju Nath Pandey defeated Kulman by a margin of 7,586 votes.

Following his defeat in the election, Ujyalo Nepal Chairman Ghising shared his reaction on the social media platform Facebook, congratulating the victorious Pandey and wishing him a successful tenure. He indicated that regardless of the election outcome, he would not step back.

Ghising expressed gratitude to the voters who cast their ballots for him and committed to being even more active in the campaign for good governance, prosperity, and the construction of a bright Nepal in the coming days.

Thanking his leaders, cadres, and supporters, Ghising mentioned that the love and trust of the people are his main source of inspiration. He also declared that he would continue to serve the country and the people more responsibly in the coming days and continue the journey toward building a prosperous Nepal.
