Election Results Update: Five Constituencies Concluded in House of Representatives Vote Count

Kathmandu. The final results for five constituencies have been announced in the ongoing vote count for the House of Representatives elections. Out of the six constituencies whose results have been declared, the Rastriya Swatantra Party has secured victory in three, the Nepali Congress in two, and the Communist Party in one constituency.

So far, three parties have registered wins, while the major political party CPN-UML has yet to open its account. The RSP secured victories in Kathmandu-6, Kathmandu-8, and Kathmandu-1. In these constituencies, RSP candidates Shishir Khanal, Birajbhakta Shrestha, and Renu Neupane were elected, respectively.

Similarly, the Nepali Congress won in Mustang and Manang. Yogesh Gauchan Thukali of the Congress was elected in Mustang, and Tek Bahadur Gurung in Manang.

From the Communist Party, Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' was elected from Rukum East.
