President Paudel Expresses Satisfaction Over Peaceful House of Representatives Election

Kathmandu. President Ramchandra Paudel has expressed happiness that the election for the House of Representatives was conducted peacefully. He expressed satisfaction with the current situation, stating that the complex political situation the country was facing has found a resolution through this election.

According to the President's Press Advisor Kiran Pokharel, President Paudel views crossing this important milestone of democratic practice as a positive achievement. The President expressed special gratitude to the government, the Election Commission, security agencies, political parties, and civil servants who worked day and night to ensure the election was conducted impartially and successfully. Furthermore, he thanked all the general voters and every Nepali brother and sister who strengthened democracy by exercising their right to vote.

It is his assessment that fulfilling this national responsibility was possible only through the collective effort and activeness of all stakeholders.
