Child Seriously Injured After Falling From Roof in Baglung Rescued by Helicopter

Baglung. A boy who was seriously injured after falling from the roof of a house in Baglung has been rescued by helicopter.

Two-year-old Hensal Pun, a resident of Burtibang Bazaar, Dhorpatan Municipality-1 in the district, was seriously injured after falling from the roof.

After Pun, who was playing on the roof around 2 PM on Thursday, fell and was seriously injured, he was referred to Manipal Hospital in Pokhara for treatment.

District Police Office Baglung Information Officer Deputy Superintendent of Police Basanta Jung Pandey informed that after the condition of the injured Hensal, whose family is from Purkot, Dhorpatan Municipality-3, and resides in a rented house in Burtibang Bazaar, appeared serious, he was referred to Pokhara by a Simrik Air helicopter after initial treatment at Burtibang Hospital.
