Xiaomi Opens New Official Service Centers in Madhesh Province Cities of Birgunj and Janakpur

Kathmandu. Global technology giant Xiaomi has launched official service centers in two major cities of Madhesh Province, Birgunj and Janakpur, with the objective of providing convenient, fast, and reliable service to its customers.

 As part of its continuous service expansion, the company inaugurated the new service center in Adarshanagar, Birgunj on Thursday, Falgun 14, and another in Arbet Mall, Shivachowk, Janakpur on Friday, Falgun 15.

With the operation of these new service centers, Xiaomi users in Madhesh Province will now be able to receive official and quality service in their own region.

 The company believes this expansion will further strengthen customer satisfaction. These centers will provide repair, technical inspection, and service for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables (smartwatches and fitness bands), hearables (earphones and headphones), and various IoT devices.

 The company stated that all spare parts used during repairs will be completely genuine, and the skilled and trained technical team will resolve issues ranging from minor to complex according to official standards.

 'Teledirector Pvt. Ltd.,' under Ramesh Corp, which manages the official service for the Xiaomi brand across Nepal, will operate these new service centers.

 Meanwhile, capitalizing on the service center inauguration, the company has also announced attractive special offers for customers. Accordingly, for one month from the date of service commencement, customers can avail free servicing and software upgrade services for all their devices. Furthermore, the company clarified that discounts of up to 25% will be provided on spare parts and repair services for devices whose warranty has expired, and there will be no service charge for such out-of-warranty spare parts.
