Death Toll Rises to 118 After Alleged US-Israel Joint Attack on Southern Iranian School

Tehran. Iranian state media reported that the death toll has reached 118 following a joint US-Israel attack on a girls' school in the southern Iranian city of Minab. According to reports, the attack occurred on the premises of Shazaba Tayyaba School.

CNN confirmed the location identification of a video obtained from the scene. The school was located approximately 200 feet away from an Iranian military base.

According to satellite images, although the school previously appeared to be part of the military base, the two sites have been separate since at least 2016. Following the incident, rescue workers and local residents are continuing search and rescue operations by clearing debris, and the number of fatalities is expected to rise.
