Nepal's Aviation Authority Responds to Middle East Tensions, Confirms No Flight Cancellations

Kathmandu. The regulatory body for the civil aviation sector, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), has responded regarding the tensions observed in the Middle East region.

The authority stated that it is in close coordination with international airline operators providing services at Tribhuvan International Airport concerning the recent status of airspace restrictions.

The authority has assured that it will immediately update on any matters related to international travel. Furthermore, the authority clarified that no information regarding flight cancellations has been received so far.
