Motorcyclist Dies After Being Struck by Mini-Tata Truck in Gokarneshwor

Kathmandu. A motorcyclist has died after being hit by a mini-Tata truck in Gokarneshwor, Kathmandu.

The accident occurred near the Namgel Bus Park in Gokarneshwor Municipality-2, Kathmandu, when a mini-Tata vehicle with license plate Ba 11 Cha 4738 struck a motorcycle with license plate Ba 81 Pa 456. The motorcyclist, 30-year-old Pawan Tamang, a resident of Mulpani Height, Kageshwori Manohara Municipality-6, died in the incident.

Tamang, who was critically injured in the accident, passed away today while undergoing treatment at Nepal Medical College, Attarkhel. Police have taken the mini-Tata driver into custody.
